He spent the time on the phone with me explaining how important it was to hire a professional since we were dealing with gas connection. Although he and his workers were busy on a bigger project, he took the time to send some of his crew to complete our job. HomeStar saved us when we were in a bad situation. We had contracted with a recognized & reputable Plumbing company to replace upstairs pipes, which were clogged and leaking. But when the plumbers cut into the walls to locate the pipes, they discovered our home was structurally compromised and the pipes were inaccessible. They wouldn't proceed with any work, said we needed to get a general contractor, - and left without even restoring any plumbing to upstairs or replacing any drywall!
